Ingredients/Components
- pecans - 1 c
- coconut - 1 c
- German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- box powdered milk - 1 item
- stick margarine - 1 item
- pkg cream cheese
How to make earthquake cake:
Place pecans over the bottom of a greased cake pan. Place coconut on top of pecans. Mix German chocolate cake to directions and put on top of the coconut and pecans. Mix the margarine, cream cheese, and powdered sugar together and spread very carefully on top of cake mix (DO NOT STIR). Place in 350 degree oven and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
