  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
  • stick margarine, melted - 1 item
  • box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
  • frozen coconut - 1 c

How to make earthquake cake:

Spray sheet cake pan with Pam. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan. Then sprinkle coconut over nuts. Prepare cake mix as directed on box; pour over nuts and coconut. Mix together melted margarine and softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!
