- box powdered sugar - 1 item
- cream cheese, softened - 1 (8
- stick margarine, melted - 1 item
- box German chocolate cake mix - 1 item
- frozen coconut - 1 c
How to make earthquake cake:
Spray sheet cake pan with Pam. Sprinkle nuts in bottom of pan. Then sprinkle coconut over nuts. Prepare cake mix as directed on box; pour over nuts and coconut. Mix together melted margarine and softened cream cheese with powdered sugar. Pour this mixture over cake mix. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
