- chopped pecans
- pkg - 1 oz
- stick margarine - 1 item
- box confectioners sugar - 1 item
- can coconut - 1 oz
- box German chocolate cake mix with pudding in mix - 1 item
How to make earthquake cake:
Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan. Layer pecans on bottom; spread coconut on pecans. Mix cake mix by recipe on box; pour over coconut and pecans. Melt margarine, then cream margarine, cream cheese and sugar. Pour over cake batter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Breads.
