- milk - 3/4 c
- flour - 2 c
- shortening - 1/3 c
How to make drop biscuits:
Mix shortening with fork until crumbly. Add milk. Mix enough to set dry ingredients. Drop dough from tablespoon on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450° for 10 to 12 minutes until browned. Makes 12 biscuits.Recipe categories: Breads, Breakfast, Rolls/biscuits.
