Dried beef dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 2 Tbsp
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1/2 Tbsp
- chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
- jar dried beef, chopped - 1 1/2
- or 1 small onion, chopped - 2 Tbsp
How to make dried beef dip:
Blend cream cheese and milk with a fork until creamy. Add other ingredients, then stir in sour cream. Put in baking dish. Sprinkle nuts on top. Bake at 375° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with crackers. Serves 2 to 4. Doubled it serves 4 to 6.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
