Double layer pumpkin pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- milk - 1 Tbsp
- cold milk - 1 c
- ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
- ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
- ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
- can pumpkin - 1 oz
- graham cracker crust - 1 item
- thawed Cool Whip
- Jell-O vanilla instant pudding 4 serving size - 2 pkg
How to make double layer pumpkin pie:
Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat 1 minute. Stir in pumpkin and spices until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
