Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • thawed Cool Whip
  • Jell-O vanilla instant pudding 4 serving size - 2 pkg

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar until smooth. Gently stir in Cool Whip. Spread on bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes. Beat 1 minute. Stir in pumpkin and spices until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours.
