Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 4 oz
  • half and half - 1 c
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • instant vanilla pudding - 2 pkg
  • thawed Cool Whip

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on bottom of crust.

Pour half and half into bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Mix will be thick. Stir in pumpkin. Add spices; mix well. Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate. Garnish with Cool Whip.
