Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 Tbsp
  • cold milk - 1 c
  • ground cloves - 1/4 tsp
  • ground cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • ground ginger - 1/2 tsp
  • cream cheese, softened - 4 oz
  • can pumpkin - 1 oz
  • graham cracker crust - 1 item
  • 4 serving size vanilla instant pudding - 2 pkg
  • whipped topping Cool Whip

How to make double layer pumpkin pie:

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in a large bowl with wire whisk until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping. Spread on crust.

Pour 1 cup milk into bowl. Add pudding mixes; beat with wire whisk 1 minute (mixture will be thick). Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over creamed cheese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours. Garnish with more whipped topping, if desired. Serves 8.
