Double chocolate crumble bars
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 1/2 c
- flour - 3/4 c
- cocoa - 3 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1/4 tsp
- Rice Krispies
- peanut butter - 1 c
- miniature marshmallows - 2 c
How to make double chocolate crumble bars:
Cream butter and sugar; beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Spread in bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Spread marshmallows on top and bake 3 minutes. Cool. Combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Cook until melted. Stir in cereal. Spread mixture atop cooled bars. Chill. Cut into bars.
