Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 4 c
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 3/4 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- white syrup - 1 c
How to make divinity:
Cook sugar, syrup and water to 255°. Beat egg whites stiff. Pour syrup mixture in a fine stream into egg whites while beating with electric mixer. Add vanilla and continue to beat. Beat by hand until mixture begins to lose gloss. Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper.Recipe categories: Desserts, Egg, Candy.
