Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• cold water - 1/2 c
• vinegar - 1 tsp
• light brown sugar
• walnuts - 1/2 c
• beaten egg white - 1 item

How to make divinity:

In a saucepan, mix brown sugar, water and vinegar. At a low boil, cook until mixture is firm. Beat egg white in a bowl, add hot mixture and beat until creamy. Add walnuts and vanilla. Pour into 8-inch greased pan. When almost cool cut into small squares. Yields 16 to 20 pieces.

Make it colorful with a drop of food coloring.
