  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • milk - 3/4 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 4
  • stick butter - 1/2 item
  • warm water - 1/4 c
  • yeast - 1 pkg
  • well beaten eggs - 2 item

How to make dinner rolls:

Put milk, butter, sugar and salt in saucepan; heat until butter melts. Set aside to cool to warm. Mix yeast in the 1/4 cup warm water. Mix yeast with milk mixture; stir in slightly beaten eggs. Add flour to make a dough you can knead. Knead dough until smooth. Place dough in a greased bowl, turning over once to grease all sides of dough. Cover and let rise about 1 hour, until double in bulk.

Place on floured board. Roll out and cut or hand form into rolls. Place in greased pan and cover. Let rise in warm place about 45 minutes to double in size. Bake at 325° until brown.
