Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 to
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- warm water - 1/4 c
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
- dill seed - 2 tsp
- cream cottage cheese - 1 c
- unbeaten egg - 1 item
How to make dilly casserole bread:
Put yeast in warm water. Mix all ingredients, except flour. Add flour a little at a time, mixing slowly after each addition. Let rise 30 to 40 minutes. Stir down. Put in greased loaf pan. Let rise. Brush on melted butter and salt. Bake 40 to 50 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Healthy, Yeast breads.
