Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 c
- water - 13 c
- clove garlic - 1 item
- peck cucumbers - 1 item
- fresh dill or dill seed - 1 item
- vinegar brown - 4 c
How to make dill pickles:
Bring liquids to a boil. Put 2 clove garlic and 1 head of fresh dill or 1 tablespoon dill seed to each quart. Fill jars with pickles, then cover with boiling water, then set jars in hot water and place on burner until pickles change colors.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Condiments, etc..
