Ingredients/Components
- vegetable oil - 2 Tbsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
- chicken breasts, skinned and deboned - 1 lb
- oil for frying - 2 Tbsp
How to make dijon chicken breasts:
In a medium glass bowl mix all ingredients except chicken breasts. Spread mixture over chicken breasts from both sides. Refrigerate for 1 hour. In a frying pan heat 2 Tbsp oil and bake the chicken for about 3 minutes per side or until done. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
