Ingredients/Components

• sour cream - 1 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• mayonnaise
• potatoes - 8 item
• celery seed - 1 tsp
• horseradish - 1 tsp
• onion, grated - 1 item
• parsley dried - 2 Tbsp

How to make different potato salad:

Boil potatoes with skins, peel and slice. Mix all ingredients together. Begin with layer of potatoes in casserole. Spread with dressing mixture and continue alternating, ending with mixture. Refrigerate. Keeps well.
