- can tomatoes - 1 item
- head cabbage - 1 item
- green peppers - 2 item
- large onions - 6 item
- bunch celery - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make diet soup:
Cut all vegetables into small pieces. Mix all ingredients. Cover with water in larger pot. Boil 10 minutes. Cover and simmer until vegetables are soft.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Main dish, One Dish meal.
