- sugar
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
- dash of nutmeg - 1 item
- pineapple extract - 1/4 tsp
- medium egg - 1 item
- slice white bread, crumbled - 1 item
- canned crushed pineapple no sugar added - 1/4 c
How to make diet pineapple muffins:
Beat egg in a small bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spoon into 3 non-stick muffin cups. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Breads, Quick breads, Muffins.
