Diabetic peanut butter cookies
Ingredients/Components
- margarine, softened
- sugar
- crunchy peanut butter
- egg - 1 item
- vanilla
- all-purpose flour
- baking powder
- chopped unsalted peanuts
How to make diabetic peanut butter cookies:
Preheat oven to 350°. In bowl with mixer, cream margarine, sugar and Sweet 'N Low brown sugar substitute. Beat in peanut butter. Add egg and vanilla. Stir in flour, baking powder and peanuts. On baking sheet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray, with a tablespoon, drop dough 2 inches apart. With a fork dipped in flour, press a crisscross pattern on each cookie. Bake 8 to 10 minutes.
