- pkg - 8 oz
- water - 2 Tbsp
- peanut butter - 1/3 c
How to make diabetic peanut butter balls:
Use a vegetable spray to lightly grease cookie sheet. Cream peanut butter in a small bowl. Add cake mix and water. Beat at low speed until mixture is thoroughly blended. Mixture will be large, moist crumbs. Form into 30 balls.Place balls on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 10 to 12 minutes. Allow to cool before removing.
