Diabetic apple pie



  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • margarine - 1/4 c
  • apples, peeled and diced - 6 c
  • unbaked pie crusts - 2 item
  • frozen apple juice - 6 oz
  • dash of cinnamon or apple pie spice - 1 item

How to make diabetic apple pie:

Dissolve cornstarch in apple juice. Combine with apples and spice. Simmer until thick. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Dot with margarine. Cover with top crust and bake at 375° for 45 minutes.
