  • dry mustard - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • carrots - 1 c
  • onions - 1 c
  • canned tomatoes
  • round steak

How to make deviled swiss steak:

Combine mustard and flour; pound into steak. Season with salt and pepper. Brown on both sides in a little fat. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; simmer 2 hours. Yield: 6 servings. Carbohydrate 11 grams, protein 24 g, fat 14 g, calories 268.
