  • hard-boiled eggs, shelled - 6 item
  • vinegar
  • prepared mustard - 3/4 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • sour cream or Miracle Whip - 1 Tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item

How to make deviled eggs:

Cut eggs in half and remove yolk. Mash with fork and add seasoning. Beat until smooth and fluffy. Refill whites of eggs and garnish with a dash of paprika, a sprinkle of parsley or chopped chives. Other seasonings: ham and cheese.
