- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1 tsp
- sweet pickle relish - 2 Tbsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 12 item
- mayonnaise fat-free, if desired - 1/3 c
How to make deviled eggs:
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and carefully remove yolks. Mash yolks, stir in mayonnaise and next 5 ingredients. Spoon into egg whites. Sprinkle with paprika. Yields 12 servings.Recipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
