Ingredients/Components
- Salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- Paprika - 1 item
- cup finely chopped onion - 1/2 item
- Tbsp mustard - 5 item
- Tbsp mayonnaise - 5 item
- 1/2 doz eggs, hard boiled - 2 item
- cup finely chopped dill pickles - 2/3 item
- Tbsp pickle juice - 1 item
How to make deviled eggs:
Shell, rinse and split eggs. Place whites on a tray. Set aside. In large bowl, mix yolks, onion, pickles, juice, mustard and mayonnaise. (If mixture is too dry, add a little more mayonnaise.) Add salt and pepper. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. SpRecipe categories: Egg, Appetizers, Side dish.
