Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- bread crumbs - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- parsley - 2 tsp
- crab meat - 1 lb
- to 5 slices bread - 4 item
How to make deviled crab cakes:
Crumble bread slices. Add 1/4 pound margarine. Mix with crab mixture. Dip in egg mixture and bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil to brown.Crab meat must be picked through to remove pieces of shell before mixing ingredients.
