Ingredients/Components
- fresh crab meat - 1 lb
- eggs - 2 item
- saltine cracker crumbs - 3/4 c
- small onion, chopped fine green onion - 1 item
- parsley, chopped fine - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard Frenches - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 Tbsp
- pimento, chopped fine - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make deviled crab:
Make into cakes and warm in oven if you like. Or, mix well and place in ramekins or crab shells. Place on tray and put under broiler until brown. (The onion and bell pepper can be saut?Šed in butter if you like.)Recipe categories: Seafood, Shellfish, Crab.
