  • margarine - 3/4 c
  • sugar
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • nuts - 1/2 c
  • mini marshmallows - 4 c
  • 8 oz
  • peanut butter - 1 c
  • Rice Krispies - 2 c

How to make deluxe chocolate marshmallow bars:

Topping:1 1/3 c. (8 oz.) chocolate chips3 Tbsp. margarine1 c. peanut butter2 c. Rice Krispies Cream together margarine and sugar; add eggs and vanilla. Beat until fluffy. Combine dry ingredients; add to creamed mixture (stir in nuts if desired). Spread on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 to 18 minutes. Sprinkle marshmallows evenly over cake. Return to oven for 2 to 3 minutes. Use a knife dipped in water; spread the melted marshmallows evenly over cake. Cool.

Topping: Combine chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter in a small pan. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until melted. Remove from heat; stir in cereal. Spread over bars. Chill.
