Ingredients/Components
- sliced green onion - 1/4 c
- Dijon mustard - 1 tsp
- lettuce leaves optional - 1 item
- white wine vinegar
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 3 tsp
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- diced cucumber - 1 c
- large tomato, chopped - 1 item
- rotini, cooked and drained - 6 oz
- red and green pepper, cut in thin strips - 1 item
- deli smoked chicken, turkey, ham or roast beef - 3/4 lb
How to make deli pasta salad:
Dressing:1/4 c. white wine vinegar3 tsp. olive oil1 clove garlic, finely chopped1 tsp. Dijon mustard1/2 tsp. basil1/2 tsp. oregano Combine pasta and vegetables in large bowl. Cut deli meat into thin strips. Combine dressing ingredients until well mixed. Add meat and dressing to bowl; toss lightly. Serve with lettuce if desired.
