Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- water - 3 c
- soy sauce - 2 c
- black pepper - 2 Tbsp
- minced garlic - 2 Tbsp
- Worcestershire - 2 Tbsp
- A - 2 Tbsp
- meat, sliced 1/4-inch or less - 3 lb
How to make deer jerky:
Combine all ingredients; add meat and soak overnight. Take meat out and place on towels and press dry. Place on cookie sheet and bake in oven at 200° for 1 1/2 hours. Turn meat and bake another 1 1/2 hours. Remove from oven and place on towels andRecipe categories: Meat, Wild game, Deer.
