Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla
- butter or margarine - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 3/4 c
- cocoa - 1/2 c
- baking powder - 1/2 tsp
How to make deep dish brownies:
Melt butter (margarine). Blend butter, sugar and vanilla in a mixing bowl. Add eggs. Beat well with spoon. Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Gradually add to egg mixture until all is in and well blended. Spread in greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan. Cool.
