- 2 layer chocolate cake mix - 1 item
How to make death by chocolate cake:
Pour oil into a 9 x 13-inch baking pan to cover the bottom. Add cake mix, eggs and water. Stir in the pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top of cake, as many as will fit. Bake in 350° oven, 30 to 35 minutes. Take cake from oven and let set 10 to 15 minutes.Punch holes in cake with end of wooden spoon. Pour fudge topping into holes and over cake. Cool completely on rack. Frost with whipped topping and garnish with nuts. Refrigerate.
