Dark chocolate cake
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vanilla
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- water
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- baking soda - 3 tsp
- mayonnaise
How to make dark chocolate cake:
Mix dry ingredients (the first 5 ingredients). Mix into dry ingredients the mayonnaise, water and vanilla. Blend well for 2 minutes. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 round cake pans. Bake at 350° for 25 to 35 minutes. Test with a toothpick in the center of the cake to be sure if it's done.Add red food coloring to mix, if desired.
