- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar or lemon juice - 1/2 c
- red currant jelly - 1/4 c
- medium red cabbage - 1 item
How to make danish red cabbage:
Remove outer leaves and core from cabbage. Shred cabbage very fine. Melt butter in large pot. Add cabbage, vinegar or lemon juice, salt and sugar; stir to distribute.
