Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- water - 1 Tbsp
- oleo - 1/2 c
- can pineapple chunks, drained - 1 item
- powdered sugar icing - 1 item
How to make danish pastry:
Blend 1/2 cup oleo and 1 cup flour. Add 1 tablespoon water. Press thin on cookie sheet.Put 1 cup water and 1/2 cup oleo on stove and bring to a boil. Add 1/2 cup flour and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 3 eggs and beat. Pour over batter in pan. Bake 50 minutes at 350°.
Top with pineapple chunks and drizzle with powdered sugar icing.
