Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- milk - 1 egg
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour
- oleo - 1 c
- Add egg yolk
- Seal edges
How to make danish apple squares:
Mix flour, salt and oleo like pie dough. Add egg yolk. Save egg white and add enough milk to make 3/4 cup milk. Mix into dough. Divide in half. Roll out 9 x 15-inch pan and raise edges.Filling:8 apples2 Tbsp. flour1 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon Roll out other half of dough. Seal edges. Beat egg whites until stiff.
