Ingredients/Components
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- flour
- soda - 1 tsp
- almond extract - 1/2 tsp
- egg - 1 item
- margarine - 1 c
- cream of tartar - 1 tsp
- sifted xxxx sugar
How to make cutout cookies:
Cream sugar and margarine. Add egg, vanilla and almond extract. Mix. Sift together the flour, soda and cream of tartar. Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours. Roll out. Cut to desired shapes. Bake at 375° for 6 to 7 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Cool. Decorate as desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Rolled cookies.
