sugar
eggs - 2 item
vanilla - 1 tsp
sour cream - 1/2 c
salt - 1/2 tsp
flour - 4 c
almond extract - 1/2 tsp
baking powder - 1/2 tsp
baking soda - 1 tsp
shortening - 1 c

How to make cutout cookies:

Cream together sugar, shortening and eggs. Add sour cream and baking soda. Mix well. Add vanilla, almond extract and salt. Combine with flour and baking powder. Cover and chill overnight (or a few hours). Roll and cut. Bake at 375° for about 10 minutes. Makes 6 dozen.
