Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- can evaporated milk - 1 oz
- sugar
- flour
- margarine, melted
- nutmeg or cinnamon, to taste - 1 item
- vanilla - 1 item
How to make custard pie:
Grease and flour a 9 x 9-inch glass pan. Be sure all areas are well covered. Combine all ingredients in a blender container and blend 30 seconds. Pour into pan. Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Makes it's own crust.Recipe categories: Desserts, Pie, Pies and tarts.
