Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 3/4 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
  • milk, with pinch of salt - 4 c

How to make custard:

Stir until sugar is dissolved. Put in casserole dish. Sprinkle nutmeg over top. Set casserole in pan with 2-inches of water. Bake medium heat at 350° for 1 hour or until knife comes out clean.
