Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- honey - 2 Tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 2 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1 tsp
- chicken breast halves or chicken tenders - 4 item
How to make curry glazed chicken:
Pound chicken breasts to 1/4-inch thick or just bake longer. Melt margarine in a baking dish at 375°. Stir in mustard, honey and curry powder. Add chicken and bake 10 minutes. Turn chicken and bake another 10 to 15 minutes. Good served with rice.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Poultry.
