Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3 c
  • mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
  • carrots, diced - 1 c
  • large onion, chopped - 1/2 item
  • new potatoes, diced - 1 c
  • beef or chicken, cut in 1-inch chunks - 1 -
  • S&B Curry mix - 1 pkg

How to make curry:

In a large skillet, fry onions and meat in 3 Tbsp. oil. Add vegetables and stir fry for 5 minutes. Add 3 c. water and bring to a boil. Break curry mix into pieces and stir in till dissolved. Bring to a simmer, cover and stir occasionally. Cook and stir till desired consistency. Serve over rice. Makes 4 cups.
