Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- stick butter - 1 item
- maraschino cherries - 1 item
- curry powder - 2 tsp
- large can peach halves - 1 item
- small can apricots - 1 item
- large can pears - 1 item
- large can pineapple - 1 item
How to make curried fruit:
Drain fruit well on paper towels. Melt together butter, sugar, curry powder and cornstarch. Lay fruit in baking pan, hollow side up and put cherry in each hollow.
