Ingredients/Components
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- margarine - 1 Tbsp
- low-fat milk - 3/4 c
- cabbage, shredded - 5 c
- dash of black pepper - 1 item
- curry - 1 Tbsp
How to make curried cabbage:
Cook cabbage in 1/2-inch of water for about 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Drain. Melt margarine. Add flour, curry and pepper; stir. Add milk; continue to stir until smooth. Pour sauce over cabbage and serve.Recipe categories: Low protein, Side dish, Vegetables.
