  • sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar - 1 c
  • dash of pepper - 1 item
  • cucumbers medium - 4 item

How to make cucumbers in sour cream:

Combine water, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper in a bowl. Slice in cucumbers. Marinate in this mixture for 3 hours. Drain off mixture. Mix in sour cream over the cucumbers.
