  • cream cheese - 1/2 c
  • salt - 1/8 tsp
  • finely chopped onion - 2 tsp
  • finely chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
  • cucumber, peeled and grated - 1 item
  • pinch of pepper, paprika and Worcestershire - 1 item

How to make cucumber spread:

Drain liquid from grated cucumber and discard. Mix pulp and all other ingredients until well blended. Refrigerate until served.
