Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 pkg
  • mayonnaise
  • Italian dressing
  • large cucumber - 1 item
  • French loaf bread refrigerated - 1 pkg

How to make cucumber sandwiches:

Spread:1/2 c. mayonnaise1 dry pkg. Italian dressing1 pkg. cream cheese1 large cucumber If you have a bread tube, spray with Pam. Stuff the package of French bread into the tube and bake upright in the oven at 425° for 45 minutes. If you don't have a bread tube, place bread on a cookie sheet and bake according to package directions. Let bread cool and slice in 20 to 24 slices.

Cut cucumber and spread mix onto bread slices. Place sliced cucumbers on top of bread. Refrigerate and serve.
