Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1/4 c
- large cucumber - 1 item
How to make cucumber sandwich filling:
Grate peeled cucumber, sprinkle with salt, and allow to drain for 30 minutes. Soften cream cheese. Mix ingredients and refrigerate. Best when spread on Swedish rye bread.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sandwich, Spreads.
