Ingredients/Components
- chopped pecans - 1/2 c
- hot water - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- grated onion - 2 Tbsp
- lime jello
- small carton cottage cheese - 1 item
- grated cucumber - 3/4 c
How to make cucumber salad:
Dissolve jello in hot water. Add all other ingredients and mix well. Pour into mold and let set. When turning out of mold (if using ring mold), fill the center with cranberry sauce or relish.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Time to make, Salads.
