Cucumber dip
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/4 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- juice of 1 lemon
- dill weed - 1/4 tsp
- cream cheese, softened - 12 oz
- green onions, chopped fine - 2 item
- cucumbers, peeled, grated and drained well - 2 item
How to make cucumber dip:
While draining cucumbers (on paper towels), beat cream cheese and add remaining ingredients. Mix well, adding cucumbers last. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend. Serve as a vegetable dip or as a filling for finger sandwiches.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Dips.
